This is a great way of getting lots of vegies serves into the family with minimum complaints. Good anti-cancer vegetables that practically everyone needs to eat more of too. You could leave the chicken out if you are vegetarian, I’d probably add another leek in that case.

My planned Vietnamese crab and shrimp rice noodle soup totally morphed. It ended up being a seafood soup of a more French style served with a freshly baked loaf of semi-rye bread. It worked a treat. I’m very happy there is enough left for lunch tomorrow….if I bake another loaf of bread of course.

Absolute serendipity once again. A beautifully harmonious blend of things left in the fridge. Made in the thermomix. Could be made almost as quickly using a food processor to chopa nd a saucepan to cook. Messier though. Love my thermomix.
