I love this dish. It is utter simplicity and tastes like spring. Lamb steaks, grilled until just pink topped with 1kg broad beans, cooked, shelled and mixed with 250g Danish feta. That’s it. Dinner in a flash.
Being Sunday, it’s First Born’s turn to cook. Tonight, he has whipped up a broad bean and feta risotto in the thermomix.
