And the fruits are starting to appear. A fast day meal this week was a delicious tribute to the season, marinated jerk chicken with a tropical fruit salsa. The leftover fruit made a fruit salad for dessert to satisfy the rest of the house hold and this lovely fast day work lunch for me.

Tropical Fruit and Crab Salad
1 170g can crabmeat in brine (80 calories)
1 cup diced pineapple (68 calories)
1 cup diced papaya (55 calories)
1/3 cup diced mango (30 calories)
1/4 avocado (118 calories)
Mix fruit together to let the juices merge. Dice avocado in and add drained crabmeat when you are ready to eat. Toss and enjoy.
