Just the veg and haloumi alone would be enough for me. The carboholics in the family demanded more so I added some dried Chinese noodles. A squeeze of lemon juice is all this dinner needs.

Aha, a recipe for me to use with my Haloumi! (Which, is really yummy and one of the easier cheeses to make at home). I LOVE your site! I also just added you to mine, under culinary delights category. At the moment, you stand alone, and it might just stay that way for a while. I’ve not seen any site quite like yours, you seem to be a culinary genius.
cheers, HDR

I love you HDR
And I’ve been loving your blog too. We must have doppelganger palates. Haloumi is awesome to make at home. I haven’t done it since I lost my raw milk contact but I really should get back into it. It’s so rewarding. And even with the price of organic milk it’s still cheaper than buying haloumi.
