Meal Plan Day Five
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs with coriander on toast
Lunch – BLT
Dinner – steak bernaise, chips and salad

Steak Bernaise, Chips and Salad
3 sirloin steak (the ankle biters will share one between them)
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 shallot minced
2 tablespoons white wine
100g chilled butter, cubed
2 egg yolks
green salad
Place shallots, vinegar and wine in frypan. Gently reduce until most of the liquid has gone. remove pan from heat and allow to cool unti you can touch the side of the pan. Add egg yolks and whisk butter cubes in one at a time. The sauce needs to emulsify so take it slowly. Meanwhile, cook steak on a hot pan for about 3 minutes per side. Serve with chips and green salad.
