Cheesy Goodness

Oh my heavens I love cheese. Bugger chocolate (nice though it can be), I’ll take cheese any day. So for a cold winter evening, I made this combination of cheeses with some pasta, pumpkin and sage thrown in to flesh it out.

Admittedly it wasn’t such a hit with the Ankle Biters this time but my friend Cath and I were mightily impressed. I roasted the pumpkin the day before when I was cooking dinner which made them really quick and easy to whip up too. Budget too, perfect!
