Market day makes me want to stuff as much of that freshly picked vegetable goodness into my gob as humanly possible in one day. As each day of the week passes by, they are that little bit less fresh, that little bit less nutritious. Always good until the end though.

Frankly, I’m a summer girl. Cold totally sucks in my opinion. Unless you’re doing something productive with it like skiing and our budget never stretches that far. Pretty much the only things that excite me about winter are food related. Sad but true. Comfort food is all about cold weather.
