Vanilla Vodka and Orange Cured Salmon

Here is my first attempt at curing salmon. I only used a small piece in case things went pear shaped.

Spring Filo Tart
1 Zucchini
1 bunch asaparagus
2 - 3 tomatoes
1 tin salmon
4 sheets filo pastry
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
