		<description>Delicious.  I left out lentils, beans, leeks, caraway seeds, saffron and chickpeas, as I did not have these items in the pantry, and it was a huge hit.  I used lamb necks which worked really well.  Next time I will stock up on the missing ingredients to get the &#039;true&#039; taste, but I&#039;m delighted to say that we were very happy with the recipe.  Thank you :D</description>
