Chives are a great idea Ravenous Couple. Must do that next time. We have a huge chive bed.

what a fantastic meal!! Dua gia is one of our absolute favorite pickle dishes, but try it with chives instead of green onion..it’s so much more fragrant.

We usually call it Vietnamese mint. Sorry, I converted everything else to Australian but forgot that bit! I think I would have disowned him if he didn’t rank Vietnamese top LOL

i’ve never heard of vietnamese coriander! my vietnamese bf’s family jsut used the normal stuff! what is it?

PS: i think vietnamese is better than japanese too lol
