Good to see things looking sunny as the weather turns bleak (not bad because we need the rain).

Thanks for the GP sauce – I love GPs and always have some open in the fridge. Love corned beef also – so great thinking.

I know what it is like to be working extra hours – empathy.

How I wish I’d been on holiday Docwitch. I most certainly need one! It has been quite a term indeed. I do lack lustre by the bucket load I’m afraid. Which is not to say that the corned beef wasn’t delicious!

Thanks Em. It’s been a little frantic but school holidays loom and I intend to enjoy them!
Dry salted beef sounds wonderful. Mine is from my half steer and much nicer than the muck you buy at the store. The leftovers made wonderful hash patties tonight too.
