Thanks T’Mixer. Life just seems to get busier all the time doesn’t it? I find that once something slips out of my routine its horrendously hard to fit it back in. Too many competing priorities.

Thanks Docwitch. It’s nice to be back in blogdom. Just hope I can get back into the swing. Coconut sugar is similar to palm sugar but darker and stickier. It made a very rich pudding. Not a pretty pudding but a tasty one.

Ah! So good to see you back Dani! I was hoping that it was just a blogging break you were on and that you’d return at some point.

What a great idea with the lime – perfect with coconut. I haven’t heard of coconut sugar though…What is this? (They keep me down in the cellar you know, so I don’t get out much).
