		<description>I've just noticed a some typos that I thought you might like to fix up. It's missing how many minutes to soak the mung beans for. It says to soak the bean thread noodles "inc  old water". And the "Buddhust" Nuoc Leo says to mix in 1 finely chopped "hili".

Oh, and I love your blog. I'm a Thermomix newbie, and am absolutely loving it (and using it to mix the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day loaves).</description>
