Simply because we were feeling frivolous and we almost never eat this type of meal.
It was delicious. If you are a carnivore who attends Melbourne farmer’s markets. I highly recommend the snags from Little Creek Cattle Company.
As a side note, I made my mash on the stove top. I find the thermomix method makes them too smooth and textureless for my liking.

geoff doesn’t like the TMX potatoes either. i still make them, but i cook them for about 5 mins less and use less milk. makes them more like stovetop without the effort (i hate making them otherwise lol)…

ohhh, I might try that. Although I think I just enjoy making them on the stovetop … I guess we’ll see what urge takes me next time I make mash. Thanks for the tip!
