I love my global knife set. I truly do. But if I was to win one of the fusionwood babies that Jaden of Steamy Kitchen is giving away I’d be a very happy camper indeed. If only because they are beautiful.

While we’re talking knives, out of curiosity, what do you have and do you love it?
I have a furi knife set, and I love it. But i was disappointed yesterday to find a knick on the blade of the biggest one. I’m not sure what to do about it yet.

We have a Mundial set and we love it. Good knives are an absolute essential.
