Hi:
I have a less buttery pastry recipe that you also fold. Try it out, this is a hit and I just saw that your lavash bread had a meat filling. Love your blog.

joenekes last blog post..THIS SCRIPT IS NO LONGER SERVING DATA. UPDATE YOUR PLUGIN

Totally agree Neil, as I replied to Kevin's email, I eat offal...deliberately. It's hard to gross me out about meat LOL It should sounds wrong when you read it like that though : )
Having said that, I'd be willing to bet that my pies use a better quality meat than Four N Twenty!

I can understand people being grossed out, but as a confirmed meat eater, I know that when I eat a steak for instance, that almost everything on that list is present, though I'm not sure about the nerves. So when you make your meat pie, pretty much all those things will be in it too. That's just the nature of meat, just don't tell the kids. I heartily approve of hiding vegetables, the scoundrels can't have it all their own way.
