That was an intrepid expedition heading out to the market in that cold, (makes my bleating about going to Ikea seem wimpy). I would eat all of this in a nanosecond. But as I live with a vegetarian, an entire shoulder to myself and the child would be uncalled for. I adore french lentils, and tarte tatin is an old fave. In fact, a good idea for tonight's dessert I think!
