Hi Bek and welcome. Do try Dolls on the Mount. It's simply wonderful and I'm sure your daughter would love it. I would set my oven to between 50 and 60 degrees to use the oven method. Thank you for your kind comments : )

Thank you for your terrific website. I have found it as I wanted to review your opinion of the Dolls on the Mount Tea House. I am fruustrated that they do not have a website so thank you for your offering. I too have lost my mother so may find that hard, but am thinking of going there for my daughters 5th birthday party. Anyway I love your site, your healthful approach to food and your enthusiasm! I am keen on the yoghurt recipe at this stage and was wondering what 'warm oven' means? Do I put the oven on moderate and then turn it off once the mixture is place inside?
