		<description>Reminds me of an episode I had a couple months ago where I chopped up about a pound of jalapenos without using gloves. I wasn't worried about maybe touching my eyes afterward and getting burned in that way, so it didn't seem like a big deal. Well, about 15-20 minutes later my left hand was on fire! I couldn't go for more than a few seconds at a time without running it under cold water. Ouch. But then I tried what I've seen the guys I work with do when they get burned, and put yellow mustard on it. Yep, my whole entire hand, slathered in mustard. And it worked quite well, too! They said tomato juice works too. I think it's the vinegar in it. (At least, that was the claim in Fight Club.) Learned my lesson on that one!</description>
