Good luck with being wheat free for the week. By the end of it you&#039;ll probably relish a great slab of sour dough...*sniffle, sniffle* 
Mind you, a slab of rye with a mountain o&#039; avo on top is always a possibility isn&#039;t it? Since you&#039;re going wheat free rather than gluten free.
