Btw Dani – thanks so much for the cake recipe. It’s delicious! The Wee Girl and I went into a baking frenzy and made it this afternoon. She insisted on icing it, (although it really didn’t need it), so we made a choc orange icing. I am in piggy heaven.

True Dowitch, I have always eaten mostly seasonally, but there was certainly room for improvement. I guess it’s the local factor that I am trying to tighten up on right now, which is where my methodology had to change. I still think I’m a bit of a twit but I like culinary revolutionising better as a description.
Hmm, looking back at that meal plan (and my recent posts), can you tell I have a glut of silverbeet?

Love that meal plan! I know what you mean by seeming obvious, but when you have an organised system that’s worked for so long…and looking at the beautiful food you make, it looks as though you cook and eat seasonally anyway.

So I say that Dani is not an idiot! You’re just doing a little culinary revolutionising. Hehe.
