I absolutely love this idea with left over lamb. as there only two of us when I make lamb, it always seems to be a waste, so I don't tend to make it very often, but now I can have my favorite roast and not feel guilty about the left overs. Thanks so much.

It's a marriage made in heaven Docwitch. Mmm, bruschetta, I know what I'l be doing with my remaining broad beans for the week. That's a scrumptious idea.

I adore broad beans and feta! I've been making loads of salads and bruschetta with 'em. The lamb would be excellent with it. So many of my fave foods are around at this time of the year.
