		<description>Thanks Em. I think the sweetness of the onions was more noticeable. To be fair they were only harvested 3 days before cooking so they were super fresh too. The main benefit for me was that I would have really struggled for time if I'd had to use the stove top method. It was certainly my best ever FO soup and I've never done a bad one.</description>
