Hi Bruce,

Thanks for dropping by : )

Yes the TM is expensive. No denying it. But if you really love your cooking, want to cook mostly from scratch, need more time I would definitely recommend it. I've had mine for a little over six months now and I use it several times a day. Every day. I love having one machine rather than the 7 or so I used to have in it's place. I love the ease of cleaning. I love the time it frees up. It took me maybe a month to get the feel of it in terms of being able to convert recipes easily.

I'm glad you're enjoying my blog...now off you go and get yourself a thermomix!

I have read and re read your very good Blog and references to the Thermomix. I guess you keep getting emails from all over asking the same, yours would seem to be the one of the most prominant blogs for the TM.

I assume you would recommend for the keen cook in spite of the high initial cost? You also seem to be able to modify recipets for the machine without too much problem, is this just years of practise?

Many thnaks for the blog, it is really good and a good read.

This come to you fromn the SW of France by the way.

Regards, BH
