		<description>I saw that (the eggshell thing) at a demo when I first saw the TM in action. I've never found it particularly effective (or necessary) on it's own. I found it took too much water for my frugal soul to rinse the shell out. I'm loving it for compost though. I hope you enjoy your bokashi as much as I'm enjoying mine :D</description>

		<description>Good thinking.  There was a Daily Tipp on the german website a little while ago suggesting to blitz the egg shells before putting in compost - helps clean the bowl of dough after breadmaking.  I have chopped up things like cauli/broccoli stems to do the same.
NOW - with my newly purchased - thanks again for the tip - Bokashi, I will be blitzing my rubbish for compost.
