		<description>No I haven't. I'll keep an eye out for it next time I'm passing through. It sounds interesting. I find the oven method works pretty well but using the floor of the oven is key.</description>

Have you tried Bomba rice for your paella?  It is available at Spanish delis like Casa Iberica.  More like arborio -seems to break down more in the cooking.

I have never made it in the oven so will try it.</description>
