Don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned it, but if you’re making the hollandaise recipe in the thermomix book, just omit the water.

Good idea. Never thought of that. I’ll have to flick through and send them all the other things I’ve noticed at some point.
damn, i wish i’d remembered that this morning! how abot the lemon juice though? mine was so sour i could barely eat it!

I like my holllandaise quite lemony but I’ve never found it sour. Not sure what the problem could be there.
