My two were little horros most of last week so I'm enjoying the break more than I think I ever have before. I know exactly what you mean about the space in your brain (and your hands - having two free hands, oh my)... the boys will be off to their dad's after Xmas and in my head I'm mentally preparing again for their absence. I'll miss them. But I still remember from last time, the suprise at being so free; how clean the house stayed; how luxurious it felt to not have to plan for anyone else :) Have a wonderful time away.
