I just buy mine at the mupersarket. It's with all the other oils. I use it (or grapeseed oil) when I want an oil with a less overpowering taste than olive oil. I also use it for high heat cooking that olive oil can't handle. Really though, I suspect olive oil would be OK in the dressing, there's so many strong flours in there I don't think it could overpower if it tried.
I have read studies saying that our poor fellas lead the world in the over worked stakes. I have no problem believing it.

baby veg are so sweet and crisp aren't they? But where can I source rice bran oil? What's behind the choice of this in your tahini dressing?

Also - totally agree with you, (and relate: my Bloke has been sitting at the dining table working on a proposal until 2am every night for 4 nights this past week), that the Australian male is overworked. In fact, I give lectures on this so I'm going to be arrogant and say I know all about this (hehe) Australians now working longer hours than the Japanese, and we lead the world in the over-time stakes. It's pretty much epidemic.
So - those moments together enjoying time as a family - how valued they do become. An evening walk sounds like bliss.
