		<description>Just wanted to let you know that I tried this again but instead I used a tin of salmon, a tin of corn, and half a red capsicum (cooked).  Just mixed all together and piled onto filo pastry, then put another few sheets of filo on top and baked for 40 minutes.  Turned out very well and was demolished by the 4 yr old.

It's the perfect leftover recipe if you have a tin of fish and some filo sheets in the freezer.  Served it with spinach, olive, feta and pumpkin salad, and a potato each.
