The sheep's yoghurt is divinely creamy. The recipe does work with Greek yoghurt apparently but I'd only do it that way if for some reason I couldn't get sheep's.</description>

This is similar to herb labna balls I've made with Greek yoghurt (sigh, I have a friend who likes making crude jokes about my labna now)... you roll the balls in finely chopped herbs before placing them in oil. They really are delicious, but I can imagine sheeps yoghurt is more so :)</description>
