I made a very similar quick dinner like this last week.  Heated up a barbecue plate on the cooktop and chargrilled some asparagus, capsicum, and red onion (zucchini and mushrooms would be good too but didn&#039;t have any), then tossed in a bowl with some olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, a splash of balsamic vinegar and some ground black pepper.  Add a tin of chickpeas and mix together.  Served over couscous.  Yum.</description>
